No Refunds After Purchase

All sales on NoukariCrack are final. Once a subscription or product is purchased and payment is confirmed, it is non-refundable — with the sole exception of verified duplicate charges.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") applies to all purchases made on the NoukariCrack platform, including subscription plans and individual e-book purchases. By completing a purchase you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Policy.


1. General No-Refund Policy

All purchases are non-refundable. Once payment is successfully processed and access is granted, we do not issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or accidental purchase.
  • Dissatisfaction with content quality or exam outcome.
  • Failure to use the subscription during the active period.
  • Low quiz scores or not cracking an exam.
  • Technical issues on your device (device incompatibility, slow internet, etc.).
  • Cancellation of a subscription mid-cycle — access continues until the period ends, no partial refund.
  • Change in exam syllabus or schedule by the respective conducting body.

2. Exception: Duplicate / Double Payment Refund

The only circumstance under which a refund will be issued is a verified duplicate (double) payment — i.e., when your account was charged more than once for the exact same order due to a technical error on our payment gateway or Platform.

✅ Eligibility Criteria for Duplicate Payment Refund

  • Your bank / UPI statement shows two or more debits for the same order ID within a short time window.
  • Our Cashfree dashboard confirms duplicate charge events (Cashfree Order IDs will be compared).
  • The duplicate charge was caused by a system error — not by re-submitting the payment after a failure screen.

2.1 How to Claim a Duplicate Payment Refund

  1. Email us at satyam.techtitans@gmail.com with subject: "Duplicate Payment Refund Request".
  2. Include your registered email, Cashfree Order ID(s), and a screenshot of your bank / UPI statement showing both debits.
  3. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
  4. After verification, the duplicate amount will be refunded to the original payment source within 5–10 business days, subject to your bank's processing time.
â„šī¸ Cashfree may take additional time on their end. Credit to your account is subject to your bank's refund timeline (typically 3–7 working days after we initiate).

3. Subscription Cancellation

  • Cancel auto-renewal anytime from Account Settings → Subscription.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep full paid access until that date.
  • No refund is issued for the unused portion of the current billing period.
  • After cancellation, your account is automatically downgraded to the Free Plan.

4. Technical Platform Issues

If you experience a Platform outage that prevents you from accessing paid content for an extended, uninterrupted period (> 72 hours) due to a fault solely on our end, we will assess on a case-by-case basis and may, at our discretion, offer a subscription extension or account credit (not a cash refund). Intermittent issues or issues caused by your device/internet do not qualify.


5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback with your bank without first contacting us is a violation of these Terms. If a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback is filed:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended pending investigation.
  • We reserve the right to provide all relevant transaction records to Cashfree and your bank to dispute it.
  • Confirmed fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to appropriate legal authorities.
