Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the NoukariCrack platform ("Platform"), operated by NoukariCrack ("we", "us", "our").

By creating an account, accessing content, or making a purchase on the Platform, you ("User", "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. What Is NoukariCrack?

NoukariCrack is an online e-book store focused on government exam preparation in India. We sell digital study material (e-books) covering subjects for SSC, IBPS, RRB, UPSC, State PSC, and other government exams. Our Platform also offers daily practice quizzes as a supplementary feature.

We are a content-only platform. We do not conduct coaching classes, provide personalised mentoring, or guarantee any exam result.

2. No Guarantee of Exam Selection

• Your selection, shortlisting, or appointment in any government job or examination.
• A specific score or rank in any exam.
• Accuracy with respect to any particular exam cycle's syllabus — exam syllabi change frequently; always cross-verify with the official notification published by the relevant conducting body.
• That the content will be sufficient for clearing an exam — success depends on your personal effort and consistency.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
• One person may not maintain more than one active account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Purchases and Payments

4.1 What You Purchase

When you buy an e-book or subscription, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to access and read that content through our Platform. You do not receive ownership of the content.

4.2 Pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices may change at any time without prior notice. Changes do not affect already-completed purchases.

4.3 Payment Processing

• Payments are processed securely through Cashfree. We do not store your card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN, or any raw payment credentials.

4.4 Subscriptions

• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period. Cancel auto-renewal from account settings before the renewal date.
• Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current period — see our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property & Content Usage

All e-books, quiz content, images, branding, and other materials on the Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of NoukariCrack or its licensors, protected under the Copyright Act, 1957.

You may access and read content for your own personal, non-commercial exam preparation.

You may not:

• Download, copy, print, reproduce, redistribute, or resell any e-book content.
• Screen-record, screenshot, or photograph e-book pages for redistribution.
• Upload any NoukariCrack content to any other website, group, or channel.
• Create derivative works based on our content without written permission.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to accounts or our server infrastructure.
• Uploading or transmitting any malware, virus, or harmful code.
• Scraping or automated extraction of content or data.
• Impersonating any person or NoukariCrack personnel.
• Sharing or reselling your account credentials or subscription access with any other person.

7. Content Accuracy & Updates

• We make reasonable efforts to ensure content accuracy at the time of publication.
• Exam syllabi, patterns, and cut-offs are subject to change by the respective conducting bodies at any time.
• Always refer to the official exam notification published by the relevant authority as the primary source of truth.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties including:

• Fitness for a particular purpose or exam.
• That the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times.
• That reading our e-books will lead to any specific exam result or job selection.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NoukariCrack shall not be liable for:

• Any failure to qualify, get selected, or succeed in any government examination after purchasing our content.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
• Loss of data, revenue, or opportunity.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time from account settings.
• We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you breach these Terms.
• Upon termination, your licence to access purchased content ends immediately. No refund is issued for the remaining period.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent Platform notice at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
